RealStateSchoolCollege.Com provides courses for Real Estates pre-licensing and Continuing education, Title Insurance & Escrow, for entire United States.
Every two years a total of fifteen (15) clock hours of continuing education prescribed the Commission is requires for renewal of an active license. The fifteen hour continuing education course requirement is as folllows:
1. 3 clock hours in "Risk Management" (Course Code 500) AND
2. 12 hours in approved elective courses
Post License Requirements
Completion of the 30 hour post license course for salesperson within the first six month of licensure for active licensees and within one year inactive licensees.
Note: There is no post license requirement for brokers.
Continuing Education Requirements

You must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved Continuing Eduction (CE) courses every two years to renew a real estate license. Of the 24 required for renewal, you must obtain 3 hours credit in EACH of the following subjects:
* Agency Law
* Contract Law
* Comissioner's Standards*
* Fair Housing
* Real Estate Legal Issues
The remaining 6 hours may be in any of the above categories OR General Real Estate of Business Brokerage.
According to Ariz. Admin. Code R-4-28-402 (C) A person shall not receive credit for more than 9 hours of continuing education classes per day.
