Florida State Requirements

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requires real estate licensees to complete 14 hours of continuing education courses every 2 years in order to renew their license. The 14 hours is a combination of 3 hours of Core Law and 11 hours of various specialtuy elective credits.  You will find that we proved a vast selection of inexpensive Florida real estate education courses to choose from, including a stand-alone 3 hour core law course.  Florida Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

Georgia Real Estate State Requirements

The Real Estate Branch of Georgia requires licensees to complete 24 hours of approved continuing education courses for each four year license period. We offer a good selection of affordably priced Georgia real estate education courses to choose from.

Hawaii Real Estate Education State Requirements

The Real Estae Branch of Hawaii requires licensees to complete 20 hours  of approved continuing education courses for each two year license period.  At least one course must be a 2008-2009 "Core" course and 6 hours of elective material.  We offer a nice selection of affordably priced Hawaii real estate education elective courses to choose from and pre-licensing real estate courses.  Hawaii Real Estate Continuing Education. Hawaii requires license renewal every 2 years on even year, i.e. 2010, 2012, 2014
Idaho State State Requirements


Salesperson:  complete the 45 hour Salesperson Module 1 course and then the 45-hour Salesperson Module 2 course: or Provide proof of a law degree within the five years preceding the date of application from an accredited law school training through RealEstateSchoolCollege.Com, all of your hours will count.  So do them on your time, in the comfort of your own home.

 Complete the courses required for a salesperson's license, and at  least 90 hours of approved advanced broker education to include
1) A brokerage Management course;
2) Real EstateLaw course
3)  Two elective courses in separate subject areas consisting of a least 20 classroom hours each.  Approved topics include "Areas of Real Estate Specialization, "Alternative Real Estate Finance", "Real Estate Finance", "Real Estate Valuation & Analysis, "OR National level courses consisting of at least 20 class room hours and offered by a national institute may be accepted as satisfying of the four courses if it does not duplicate the subject matter covered by any of the other three courses.

CE Requirements:

An individual licensees renewing a real estate license must have 16 hours of elective courses PLU the Commission Core Course in order to obtain an active license.
